Report a translation problem
I can't get to the center.
The target keeps teleporting away I traveled for miles now and I remain on the border of the red circle. I can't get closer.
I had this problem too on the unstable B127 preview 4 build.
Ultimately I get spawned at 300 meters depth and sink if you keep clicking time forward.
I did not tested or encountered this YET on the unstable B128 version.
You better ignore the encounter and go another direction.

Try establishing in which direction the enemy is moving, and then plan your route not to the point where the ship/convoy is predicted but try routing the intercepting course (slightly to the front of the target direction, planning the approach from 90°). Turn on full speed and stay on the surface. or periscopedepth + full speed with hydrophone and snorkel on.
My strategy is to go far to the front and wait on the predicted course. Always work, and I simply stay at zero speed, submerged, and wait for the convoy to get into my targeting sight.
The fleet is moving my way.
I tried standing still and when it comes near it teleports back again.
Went in full speed also but same issue.
if you have no mods activated, send a savegame with F11 to the devs
