Report a translation problem
When you fire torpedoes at a stationary ship in harbour, they hit at the exact same place. What I have done is calculate solutions as if the ship was advancing at one 1 knot forwards or backwards. This sent my torpedoes to different parts of the vessel, and sunk it pretty fast.
I wish there was a more direct way to fire at a chosen angle.
There is a special case where ships do not sink and hang with 30 degrees in the water, i encountered this as well. If experienced, the case must be send to the devs via F11
