No reputation gains?

I just recently bought this game and I've completed a few missions and returned back to base. I received plenty of budget and no reputation gains either time. Considering how important reputation is and the upgrades you can get from it, this makes the game virtually unplayable as there is no progression. I waited for a sale to buy this game knowing it was so buggy, but I never thought it would be this bad. Any help?

is the mission that kind off were you can earn reputation points ? you can see it when you are selecting next mission.

You don't get reputation from every mission? I just assumed successfully completing a patrol and sinking 20,000 tons would earn you some reputation. Is that not the case?

yes you don`t get. read missoin information ther was told how mutch points you can earn. 33% 66% and so. harder mission reduce more points.
