What about free camera?
What about adding free camera(similar to SH5) which allows You to go under the water?

Controls for N key freecam:

Under water it goes slow AF, any way it goes faster? is there any setting I need to change?

Due to habits acquired by cameras in other games, I had to reassign some stuff. Space to pause in particular. Thankfully, you can tailor it to suit your motor memory.
