I think even in port you can count on your crew and your mechanics only ,kinda weird ,there should be option for technical and medical aid ,allowing you to recover crew and repairing ship quicker ,it should take few days of shore leave though.
Also i think shor eleave should have impact on morale ,we should rotate crew between missions,doing patrols immediately one after another should make crew morale drop.

Ammo restocking for deck gun and flak gun should be quicker. There should be an option in yhe warehouse whether the ammo should go to storage or directly to the guns.
