Thank you for posting this. I never seen this before. Very interesting.

This could be possible stuff for special missions. Like "go near New York City Harbor and launch several V1 Missiles from the Deck of the boat then dive and escape" :cozydbd:

I was thinking of putting those smaller rockets on a uboat
but the v1/v2 version is good too
Also are you a devolaper?

Would it be OP? Only in an arcade game - otherwise there's zero chance these would be any actual threat. With no controllable navigation they were nothing but basic dumb fire rounds.

Also know that all items externally mounted cause massive drag, which greatly reduces speed/range. Mounting a V1 may have been contemplated, but the operational use of one would have been a nightmare. The V1 used a pulse-jet engine which meant surface preparation/launch, which by itself would require quite a bit more than a quick surface/launch/dive action.

While youre at it, may as well add tomahawk cruise missiles and nuclear reactors to uboats. <rolls eyes>

There were no nuclear propulsions and cruise missiles in WW2 (ok, the V1 was a simple cruise missile but only "dumb" guidance by gyroscope, time and flight height).

Maybe you should look at "688i Hunter Killer" or "Sub Command" but they're from 1997 and 2001, I don't know if they run on modern computers / OS (originally made for Win95/98) and are still sold, maybe you find them on abandonware sites.

Edit: Ok, they're sold on Steam and nice deal actually on sale:

There's a much better modern sub sim in the form of "Cold Waters".
