cant find navigation station
sais im lost on map and it wants me to find navigation station but theres not marker for it

It happened to me
I had to leave the game and go back to load.

if looking in 2d, its just left of the Observation scope, by the ladder going up the conning tower. Also, can avoid getting lost on map as well by keeping an officer at that station while going from point a to b. It will prevent you from having to get lost again

i think its map on table in central ship section

The side of the staircase going up in the middle of the submarine corresponds to the depth console.
