How to dock at the port?
I'm right up against the port at the moment after completing my first rescue mission. I do love how in depth this game is coming from the SH series...Just curious though how do you dock at the port, refuel, rearm, etc? I remember in SH a little popup would show up that your close to the dock and you can exit if you wanted...Just curious...Thanks!

Did you try on the inner or outer wall of the port? As MiscOne said, get into the exact same spot as you started and your sub will auto dock.

Sweet, worked out smoothly! Thanks a bunch guys.

To my knowledge, there is no damage model yet for collisions, so even hitting the port wall won't do anything to your sub. I often slide the wall until the sub "clicks" into the dock

One thing I like about after docking is you don't loose a whole month...Unless I guess if I had to repair...still yet to find that out..but I like how you can get right back out there after refueling.

can you post a screenshot of where you got "stranded" - would help finding out what went wrong

really no point in playing this game now, the other night i went on a mission sunk some ships got good points and rep, go to a dock for food and fuel and there is no officer to be found.
played like 5 hours straight and for what.

you need to dock at home port and you need to learn how to save like lol

You can go straight at the starting dock at a good speed and as soon as you get within a few feet your submarine is 'docked' and you can get supplies, men, and orders. The sub won't get hurt so use full speed if you need to turn fast. Come into the port on a wide swing and aim right for the center of the runway baby.

it was a bug, and they fixed it already.
