PQ1 doesn't launch?

Hi, I try to run PQ1 but all I see is a black screen with a blue pixelated floppy disc.

Try hitting Enter on that screen, that brought me to the Sierra logo and the game actually launching when I had the same problem as you.

I know it's an old one here, but hitting ESC helped in my case...

Mine just goes right back to the desktop.
