To see what reefers can haul, click the reefer icon when checking for loads.
you know that a reefer is a refrigerated trailer right? why would you beed to keep all mail frozen?
I'm a truck driver. Sometimes freight is low in a area for certain types of loads. Like not enough frozen/fresh loads compared to dry loads and vice versa. Sometimes its easier to haul it in trailers you have with minor changes. Like load beer in dry trailers rather than refrigerated when theres not enough refrigerated units available but make the load higher priority to be delivered sooner. Or load mail with a refrigerated trailer so a driver can be moved into a more profitable area. Because you can turn the reefer off. And keep it off until you need it.
and you sure as hell cant haul cross country in a day cab.
everything in the game is unrealistic and just for game mechanics.
