Dual wielding?
About when can you start dual wielding? I'm now on Wisconsin and did the fist mission there. (The big battle with a lot of monsters)

Swing your one-handed spade 8000 times and you get a skill that only really helps in a pinch, but still makes you look sweg
On a side note, if you have the endless patience to get it, use the Y->X->X->X combo and the variations that have more Y presses, it does a lot of damage.

Does sword mastery give you better combos, or increase damage?

I just got dual wield; doesn't seem like you get any bonuses for # of attacks like single sword and broadsword...

dualwise, the down attack seems to be really good at breaking shields...

1) It litearally says ATK +1
2) I don't think it mentions broadswords.

I got the game a few day ago on switch and I have a few question about DW too :

- Gun DWing is unlocked by spamming gun I guess ? Is there a good weapon to do that ?

- I don't understand how DW work. I've equipped 2 sword and activated the DW skill tree with basic attack / combo attack but I can't do any basic attack (with Y), there's only X who work (it does a combo who launch me in the air).

I know, on the screen I'm equipped with gun/sword. But I was with 2 sword when I tried to use DW :D

Single-Handed matters because you wield TWO SINGLE-HANDEDS.

Edit:the Y>Y/X>Y/X>X combos are unlocked as part of the DW skill tree.

Ok after further testing I understood the difference and where lies my error...There's a typo in the skill tree text : the "sword master action - ground attack" tree doesn't unlock a new attack with Y but with X...

I unlocked DW gun btw and I'm disappointed, you can't shoot with the 2 gun at the same time, meh.
