question: why Processor: 3.0 GHZ Pentium 4 or Equal as minimum

how about gamers with a doubele core 2.x ghz ? or a quad core 2.67ghz ?
It would be weird if they cant run the game, i mean i have 200 timemanagment games and none requires a 3 ghz CPU

can you explain that?

just googled and found bigfish version: why is the BF version 'satisfied' with 1.6 ghz cpu ?
unless you rewrote the engine, you might adapt the store page info cause 1.6 = no 3.0 ghz
