I want to start over from the being by deleting my save game. how can I do this?

on the main menu, right below where it says 'Welcome back Allison' (or whoever your name is), there's a link for making a new player, and in that screen, I believe deleting old savegames is possible too :D

That is also the point from where you can change difficulty settings :)
Try expert mode for a good challenge. Patients lose hearts faster.
Can you still beat the scores I set out for you?
