IT won't start after i installed it!!! boooo

I just finished the game and bought all upgrades of all departments, but the achievement Daniel does not unlock, any idea why? I went through the departments twice and I have definitely upgraded everything! So frustrating PS: In the achievement progression it says I bought 61/62 upgrades....

Hello, I purchased this game on steam again although I owned it before from a different site. But I encountered a glitch in level 7 and 8. Both levels won't end by the end of the day, I keep walking aimlessly and it won't let me go through to the next level unless I reply the level I stuck in =_= happened to me twice and I'm not really impressed. How can I fix this?...
