When looking to purchase a visual novel, I usually look at vndb.org. As for the length of this one, around 10h depending on read speed of course.
You´ll most likely get to your second or third ending around 3-4h in.

Oh you might have gotten on a longer route than me, I probably got a bunch of bad ends as usual lol.
This means the both of us have more fun to expect from the novel which is great though!:steamhappy:

I didn't find it boring, but I can understand how it might be boring for you, Kasain. This is one of around 100 VNs that I have played and may not be a great representation of VNs in general as it's kind of niche. Try playing the more popular ones like CLANNAD, MuvLuv, Umineko, Higurashi, blah blah blah the list goes on.

I read pretty fast and always use the skip function so this game will most likely be around 6-7 hours for me. Even 10 though is a bit too short for the price imo. Still a lovely game :nekoheart:

My first one was The Shadows of Pygmalion, enjoyed it. I try plying a vn then rpg not to get burned out, And unlike some people, i wont stop reading a vn I paid for, just to move on to the next. :)

Surprised you where not happy with the length esp the one you seem to be a fan of. ( Looking at your avatar ) Saya No Uta was really short but good.

Lol true. Just some people seem to complain no matter the price if the vn/game/whatever is short sadly. Its what I had in mind when I made my comment. Sorry about that. ( It was a bit assuming on my part. )

Log short...... y issue was the route I took didn't even explainso much that i felt like not even tryng different options, or using a guide as a guide is boring. I should of had most basic things answered in my first playthrough.

i kknow i got stabbed and died, fine. But the story never explained the seve or whatever pillers or truth or whatever it was before my death. Hence lost intrest in replay and lore, and with so many other vns, that do have story to play or enduldge yourself in. It did let me down.

But if others like it, its cool

i never learned about the light ews in courtyard and few other things.

I was going to post something in a similar vein; glad I wasn't the only one to feel this way. I absolutely don't regret purchasing this at the summer sale; it's a worthwhile story, and it genuinely deserves to be read (I'd go so far as to argue it's more than 'niche', even), but even then, the price-to-content ratio at full retail is a bit . . . steep.

Still, it's strange -- the game feels like a complete work, but at the same time, it's still missing something. Maybe it's just the complete lack of any kind of truly happy ending, whereby you kick Yasu's arse hard enough to get him to save at least 3/4 of his friends, but then, I also walked away understanding that this just isn't the kind of story where that happens.

I don't know. Maybe I'm just left wondering whether there'll be closure in the form of a sequel or something.
