No vsync off option?
Was that intentional? Maybe Ono didn't want to catch a case? Either way that sucks

If you have a real graphic card, just turn it on there.

I assume he wants it off to remove the stuttering issue since is only present on fullscreen mode

Well I didn't play the game yet, so idk if I will experience it, but I have a gsync monitor so I'd rather use that instead of vsync because it's better and no lag

You can't remove the 60 FPS cap at all.

I'm not trying to... that doesn't make sense. Lol
Did anyone find where the .ini files are located? I really need to turn vsync off because it gives me slowdowns during supers.

That means your fps is dropping below 60 and because vsync is on once you go below your refresh rate it drops to 30fps.

Either way it's just more proof vsync is trash

I know how it works, I had the same issue on SFV. This is why I need to disable it.

Lower your settings
I found out how.
Go to <steamdir>\steamapps\common\MARVEL VS CAPCOM INFINITE\MVCI\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor and search for the Engine.ini file.
Open it and add these lines at the end:
[SystemSettings] r.VSync=0
And voilà, vsync is off.
Sometimes you're the best help you can find.

Does it work?
I wouldn't have posted it if it didn't work.
