Game moves in slow motion even with graphics at low

Does anyone have this problem? UMVC3 never had this problem, but this game does. I don't know how to fix it and this computer can run heavy games like WoW and resident evil 7

are you playing on a laptop? If so, it might be necessary to change default gpu processing for MVCI.exe to use your discreet GPU.

Are you play on full screen? I would switch to windowed mode to see if it still lags...

I'm playing on a desktop and playing on windowed mode. This is literally th e only game that's moves slow motion and I'm able to play games like overwatch and world of tanks. I don't know why me. umvc3 was capable of being fast on screen.

I am having the same issues everything else is fine but you get into the fights and the characters move in slow motion (not backgrounds).

I was able to ‘fix’ it on mine by played with FULL SCREEN turned off.
