Slowdown what a surprise

Getting slowdown on mvci, not a frame issue, running at 60 fps but the whole game feels like slow-motion. This happened with sfv on release but I manage to get around it with tinkering with the resolution a v-sync. However for whatever reason resolution is locked for me on mvci. Anyone else having issues?

I dont have exactly the same issue, but my game is acting up as well. The fps counter says it runs consistently at 60 fps. But the game freezes for a very brief moment constantly.

I heard that there is an issue with fullscreen mode. Try to change it and see what happens.
