I feel your pain, but I am thinking maybe they are gauging traffic on the website to make sure the downloads don't crash the server. Either that, or its' some last minute bug fixes. Let's hope the wait isn't too much longer..

it's on the MVCIB website. Simply download, drag and drop the files.

The MVCIB folder has a folder called MVCI in it, you need to drag the MVCI folder into the same directory as the MVCI folder from the game's local files, it will then merge the two
