I forgot to say this, we asked for x-men to be in the game because we know EXACTLY why we want x-men characters to be in the game. Because we clearly know what the x-men characters is, ffs how many years or so was the latest x-men movie was made?

right you all know this is marvle saying NO to capcon right? they dont own the x-men for the bigscreen SONY dose and they want them back they have KILLED off cyclops xavier and wolverine in th comics they are making the inhumans the new mutiants. why cos sony refuse to let the rights go back to marvle.

Please look up what a license is and what it does. Marvel still owns the characters. They are licensed for film to other companies. They can put the characters in the game if they want. They choose not to solely because of greed. If they change their minds it will be solely to sell you DLC.

Call it greed or business practises or w/e you want, since they cant get the license for the films back they have been removing x-men from there content go look. yes they CAN use them for comics and games but WHY would they they are promoting compation rather then there products they fully own its just as simple as that.

Maybe the same reason they desperately tried to force Inhumans thinking they could replace one of their most successful franchise by some soulless copypaste. What's interesting is that Marvel is giving up on X-Men situation and trying to get them back in the game again, it started with Logan I think, in majority of Marvel games there were Logan related events, for example. Though they still hate F4.

i belive that was more payback for letting them use sipderman rather then anything els they havnt brought back x-men and i mean this whole situation is a clear point that i dont belive that is the case.

Game sequel isnt obligated to have even one character from the first part. I hope they will be there to please so numerous fans but I just dont share this interest in them.

True. This is why in my thoughts that Wolvie, Deadpool, & F4's Doom should be the starters to appear in base roster selection, with Wolvie himself had been one of the Marvel's face within MvC series.

In my other thoughts for the next story trailers, Wolvie & DP should appear in Mind Stone trailer, while Doom should appear in Soul Stone trailer for some reasons. Let say: Wolvenom from New Avengers & Spider-Man Web of Shadows, Deadpool's Secret Secret War and his recent team up series with Spidey, Doom being a universal archenemy & associates outside F4 (particularly Iron Man, Avengers & Doctor Strange). With these three presents as base rosters other than as DLCs, it will give this game a positive praise earlier.

I dont know if you know this, but Marvle is about a lot more then MVC i am reltively sure we can say MVC is rather low on there prioirtys, and rather use MVC to promote there other products. Wolvie himself had been one of the Marvel's face within MvC series yeah and they REALLY wish to change that since wolverine is not the face of Marlve, heck they KILLED him off in the comics.

I get it you guys are looking at it as a fan of MVC i grew up with MVC 1 at the arcade and wolverine and akuma where my mains,

but look at what Marvle has been focusing on with all there content and it meakes little sence for them. heck " Wolvie, Deadpool, & F4's Doom" every single one of the ones you named is currently owned by Sony and 20th Century Fox for film. hummm i wonder why they specificly have been left out :O.

I completely feel you. I used to be Tekken fan since part 3 but after what Namco did to Yoshimitsu in T6 I had only enough love for the game to buy TTT2. Because T7 Yoshimitsu didnt improved in T7 I didnt even bough it. SO I know how it is to tie your love to game with certain characters. I guess Yoshi's displeasing state in T7 is smaller thing yet it were enough to make me not buy the game.

Capcom's statement about "nobody remembers X men" is flat out an insult to everyone's intelligence and it is beyond disgusting to think a company like this would insult people like us.

Logan was released just a few months ago in Cinema, it was one of the greatest movies I have seen in my lifetime. so yes I believe I know who Wolverine is I remember very well and so did the millions of people who went to see Logan in theater.

It is absolutely stupid to suggest that we gamers do not know who Magneto, Wolverine, Gambit Phoenix/Jean Grey, Cyclops are.

Not like it matters they would likely have ruined jean's face or rogue face like they did with Chun Li and morrigan anyways. These people building this game doesn't have a clue what they are doing.
