DUMBED DOWN CONTROLS

so the cat is outa the bag. The literally removed motion comands from the game Ryus Shoryuken and Chun Lis bird kick are now down down+button... Fireballs are thrown from pressing a button! really ♥♥♥♥ this company ive had enough with SF5 and now this. DLC 5-6 months before the game is even released ? This game is going to have the smallest opening roster of any Marvel vs game..... And NO XMEN.

They made it clear a month ago that they were dumbing down this game for more accessibility.

I am against this move because MVC series is already a very dumbed down genre even since the 90's

But the worst part about this game is its Graphics it looks like a PS2 game.

There is literally no reason for UMVC3 to look better than MVCI yet UMVC3 is far better looking thanks to its comic book art, better colors, shaders and lighting.

whatever hype I had for this game is gone, with that said I look on the bright side. Injustice 2 and Tekken 7 looks really amazing. Once Injustice 2 comes to PC I am happy even if Catwoman's face looks hedious but ugly faces is a norm with NRS.

Their artstyle, is out of this world though. And their games are very colorful and eye catching

lol I love how they just ♥♥♥♥ on one of the most played competive fighting games. If they can't see how badly this game is going to hurt them, then there is no hope for this company.

the guy that leaked all thsi info has always been 100% correct so sadly its all true. Even if there was backlast from the community they will not budge or make changes. .. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game lookin like a mobile game like people say and thats being generous. Hulks model is horrific and Chris looks as if he has perma stank face.

many honestly want the combat to be dumbed down -- MVC3 they just cant keep up with it

besides that yeah no xmen its due to copyright im sure you understand this issue -- hell even strider isnt fully owned by capcom

fox doesnt have rights to games just MOVIES. Marvel is free to let capcom do as they please. Marvel is just ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ all over xmen because fox/sony doesnt want to sell the rights back to them.

They should just make it optional. It's not like Capcom's Marvel games hasn't had a special option for Simple controls in the past.

i like the simple controls. i dont play fighters in general a lot. and the simple controls already have me buying it.

I think that dumbing down the controls would be even worse for the new comers! Those who play fighters since the 90's would get used to the simple commands very quickly and destroy the beginers! What makes me hate this kind of move is because we have muscle memory and it's very annoying to keep remember that a shoryuken is know down down punch only in this very game...oh well...I think I'll wait for the complete edition and a sale. Street Fighter V was a big disapointment and I don't see this one being much different.

Some capcom employee (a stupid one) said that this info is not real and the controles aren't dumbed down, even if he's hated by the community, at least he works for Capcom, the guy who spread the rumor on Neogaf didn't see it himself, his source was some journalist who might have just selected simple mode while trying the game, This game has litteraly mentally challenged Chun Li, Smartphone game UI and 6 DLC character before they even revealed all the characters, these are red flags, the dumb down controles might be a problem if they were real and not optional.
