Keep on getting a crash on the game when trying to launch City test or Free Drive.

Please note that laptops (any) and computers with integrated video cards are not officially supported.

You can try advices below, but we cannot guarantee correct game working on laptops or computers with integrated graphics.

If your PC has both – discrete and integrated video cards, then maybe the game uses the integrated one for some reason. Try forcing the game to the dedicated one – right click on the game shortcut and select Run with GPU <your dedicated video card>. I have the same issue but my MSI gaming laptop has an additional GTX1650 GPU. I added ...\City Car Driving\bin\win32\starter.exe to prefer GTX1650 GPU (in WIn 11 Graphics settings) and it now runs fine. The integrated IRIS Xe gpu with the Intel chipset will not work, upgrade to a budget ASUS/MSI gaming laptop.
