Learning to drive
Is this game for who are learning to drive cause im currently learning and i have a steering wheel and the game just looks fun

Yes, and it tracks the traffic rules violations.

but its russian rules right? i set it to germany and can say its not 100% german rules..
it does feel like a just for fun thing more so then a simulator a driving school would or should use :) - no offense there..

Not only Russian rules. We have German, US, EU and Australian.

What exactly wrong with German rules? We've developed them in close cooperation with our German partner.
