City Test - U-turn HOW?

Would someone be able to explain the mechanics of a U-Turn to pass the test?

I'm attempting a U-turn after the distance marker is 0m. I turn on indicator, I cross the center of the road and BAM fail the test. All 5 points gone why?

**EDIT**: The game is VERY PARTICULAR about WHERE you attempt your U-turn. If at an Intersection make sure you reach the center. If you're on a street make sure it's dotted line dividing the center.

Hi,
maybe you need to watch the advantage of the other directions of the crossroads and also the lights.
If there are other vehicles passing you need to let them pass before u make the turn.
