When installing mods, after you have subscribed to them in the Steam Workshop, you should wait for them to be fully downloaded and installed before starting the game.
Unsubscribe from all mods, then subscribe again and wait until they are fully downloaded and installed before starting the game. Checking the game cache integrity after subscribing mods also can help.
P.S.: Mods are created by other users. Technical support for any third-party modifications is not provided. You install them at your own risk. Developers bear no responsibility for this.
