When i have drag and dropped the files to data and export. Then i copy paste the player_cars to player_cars but they still not working.
What website do you use to download the cars? All the mods I've downloaded doesn't have the player_cars text file...
You should have these three files ( https://gyazo.com/77c5acf55cfb241a778b1566a66578a9 ) when you download a mod, drag and drop data and export.

When you have done that, you now need to open the text file that comes with it and inside it should look something like this - https://gyazo.com/3a072e7b3074fc042c8a8ee12b1f70da

Now go into CityCarDriving in your steam apps and then click "data" and find a file called "Players_Cars.xml". Right click and open with Notepad++

When you've done that, copy and paste the text in the folder and do exactly what I've done in the screenshot that I'm providing. https://gyazo.com/aead7392a6ddcaa21c8f1531812e95af

Obviously I have more cars, but make sure, you see at the very bottom, there is a </Cars> Make sure that is there after you installed a new car.

If you need anymore help, then add me on steam and I'll show you through teamviewer.

And for the website I use - http://citycardriving.com/component/kunena/?func=showcat&catid=23

Sure.
Add me please I have no idea what to do...
This description works if you have folders to copy. But how to install mods with a .pack or .pkg ending? I've tried three different mod installers, but none of them seem to work properly :/

You can't install .pkg files, because the mod installer does not work for the steam version.
Anyway, there are plenty of cars that don't need the mod installer.
