What does the Linearity slider in advanced settings do?
What does it do? I don't really notice a difference from when it is all the way right, or all the way left or in the middle? I'm desperately trying to adjust the pedals and steering of my gaming wheel setup.

The linearity slider determines the correspondence between the steering angle on the screen and your steering wheel.

So, does that mean that if the slider is all the way to the + the steering wheel in-game is going to react exactly as the steering of my gaming wheel? What about the degree limit difference then? My steering wheel has 900 degrees of rotation vs the 1050 degrees in-game? I've noticed when the slider is all the way to the + when I do that last rotation on my steering wheel, the steering wheel in-game turns very fast because of that 100 degree that's missing. Is there a way to fix that , or to let's say limit the in-game rotation to 900 so that it doesn't do that 'jerk' motion because of the degree differences?
You should set linearity of (into '-' position) than your real will be almost like virtual. There are be differencies, because the virtula car's wheel will have more degrees and we can't do it less, because there are many wheels with 1080 degress (like Thrustmaster 150).
