Start Game -> Settings -> Graphics -> Output Device

Select "Oculus Rift" or "Monitor + Oculus Rift"

The menu currently only displays on the monitor, so you will have to look at your monitor to start the game.

Settings in the game? i cant find it

I think the settings being referred to is the oculus universal menu. Here is how you access it.
To reset your headset view while using a game or app:
  1. Open the Universal Menu by pressing the Xbox Button on your Xbox controller or the
Select Button on your Oculus remote
  2. Move your head to the position you want
  3. Select Reset View from the menu on the right

That makes it much easier.
When I was setting up my DFGT, I looked through the controls, but I must have missed it.

I took a look and indeed "recenter vr" is not there. I tried "recenter car" and it is not the same. The view shook a little when I pressed it, but my head was still resting on the seat.

Yeah i cant find it either, right now its unplayable in vr because the camera angle is so low that i cant even see the car screen.

While the game option/button is not there, the guide I posted earlier to "Rest View" does fix the camera position to correct location above the steering wheel. It is annoying to do, but it gets the job done until this is added to the game.

Sorry, gave you wrong name of setting because was out of computer and can't check it correctly.
The right setting is: Controls tab, View section, "Center the VR goggles" option.
