KMH to MPH
how do i change to KMH to MPH on European union aswell

It depends on county settings in profile and can't be changed manually.

Try setting it to US. Unless something very strange happened politically I'm unaware of, the UK's tended to use the metric system and it sounds like your profile settings will reflect that. Only a handful of countries actually use the Imperial System (MPH, lbs, in. ect.).

There's no UK profile. Likely you've selected EU profile which obviously uses metric system. You should select the US profile in order to get MPH instead of KMH.

Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\City Car Driving\data\config\rules
and open the "en_EU" file in notepad.
Find the [SpeedLimit] section and change IsKPH = true to IsKPH = false. This will show you MPH.
If you're in the UK, you might also want to change some of the values for example change the City.max to 30 meaning the speed limit within the City area is 30mph. Country.max = 60 (countryside or single carriageway speed limit) and Highway.max = 70 (motorway or dual carriageway speed limit)
