Battle Manual Quest

[So what?]

I started a quest from a mercenary (80% a Battle Manual) then when I collect it it said + 1 Battle Manual and it doesnt give me or add a battle manual (It should say "Got Nothing" if the 80% didnt success getting a Battle Manual).

Is it Bug or what? Am i Wrong?

Did you get to check if it added to the part where it says Transcend for +**? As far as I know, when you get new Battle Manuals, it doesn't immediately add to your actual Battle Manual total. It's gonna add only after you Transcend.

Transcend for +8 < this is where your newly acquired Battle Manuals show up
