Looking over my notes, I killed Fatso on turn #4 with a Trick Dodge from Algar (my main TD damage dealer). I could upload my scribblings, but they're barely legible even to me.
Fights 5 & 6 were easy. I'm on the final fight (#7) and had to take a break.
Turn #1 -
Blunt Strike to Cuthbert
CounterGrab Darryl & Rabbit
Trick Dodge Algar > Cuthbert (dead)
TD Fatso > Rob (dead)
Arm Parry Mortimer
Turn #2 -
CG Darryl & Rabbit
CG Algar & Mortimer
TD Fatso > Darryl (dead)
Turn #3 -
Discard Attack cards, cast Concentrate and the other card draw/energizer (Strength something?)
BS Fatso for 3 damage (drew that one)
CG Rabbit & Mortimer
TD Algar > Fatso
TD Fatso > Algar
Turn #4 -
CG Rabbit & Mortimer
TD Algar > Fatso (dead!)
Turn #5 -
Concentrate (+2 energy / +3 cards)
TD Rabbit > Mortimer
TD Algar > Rabbit
The rest is mopping up
I was too drained to do the final battle - maybe later tonight. Good Luck!
How can I tell how much damage the trick dodge will do? That's a VERY important concept I was missing.
Later i will replay the tutorial just to help you.

Victory! ;)
It's also possible if you leave Fatso on full health to last. (took 1 try I think)
Just keep using trick dodge on Fatso for 4 damage to an enemy each time.
For fight 5, I started on Fatso - later on you draw a 8(3+3+2) dmg attack when you only need 3 to finish him off, so don't do that - and ended with a 2/4 guy last alive. I discarded the 2nd hide.
Note, for some reason: Cheap Trick x2 doesn't stack to give +4 damage to next attack (I had planned to kill a 6 hp enemy with a regular 3+4 attack).
For fight 6 - i stunned the guy with 3 attack, so that I could trick dodge Jacknives(4 attack) with an upcoming card instead (2 tries). Discard hide, stun & trick dodge same targets again, then you get enough energy and card draw(concentration+inner strength) to wipe everyone out.
