You're lucky it runs at all. Since I upgraded (to win11) it tells me to change display settings to 1600x900 (where it already is set to), the monitor goes to sleep and I have to do a hard shutdown to get out of it. It's the only Steam game I've had a problem with. I run some games in older windows versions, but can't figure out how to do that with Steam games.

I run the game fine in 4k with windows 11 and RTX4070 with no changes needed. The game has no issues with modern rigs. Maybe there is a driver issue with AMD cards, but I never had AMD so I would not know.

Did you install C++ as was suggested in one of the posts in the forum? I have them all installed and this may solve your issue. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist?view=msvc-170
I am gonna try that and see I hope it is that simple LOL :)
