Hello Killbeam!
Well, first and foremost, you can't rely solely on steamcharts for the numbers of Aftercharge. It's definitely underperforming on PC but it's much more lively on Xbox One and its cross-platform. That being said, we know the overall CCU is often low even if we have hundreds of people playing every day. We have an update coming hopefully in two weeks and I have combined a ton of marketing initiatives around it ( Chrono was supposed to be one but we ended up pushing the update back a bit and couldnt cancel Chrono )
I have personnally played 14 matches tonight in a period of 2 hours. Maybe I was a bit lucky, or maybe I was just patient enough.
On a side note, something DID happen between Feb 1st and Feb 10th. Apex Legends dropped. We kind of never recovered from that.
I hope this brings you light on the situation of Aftercharge, I'd be happy to chat on our Discord channel if you have other questions.

Announcing it today to the community, that update is coming next Tuesday!
