About the Red Man sequences...

I played this game many years ago, back when there were just two episodes, and I completely forgot about it, so I never played Ep. 3. Last week, I remembered about it, and played it from the start. I absolutely loved it.

Now, my question. In the first episode, there's a sequence in which you're presented with a big choice. I chose escaping . Does the story change if I choose to kill Millie ? I don't want to play the game again if it just changes a couple of dialogues or something. Could someone tell me what's the difference if you take that route? The same for Ep. 2, when you have to choose between CBG and The Diner . I chose the second option. What happens if you choose the first one?
