Stuck Need Help/Hint

I currently have the signed clearance and the stamp. When I try to give the signed clearance to the police officer nothing happens. I have looked all over the house for something to use with the stamp and I can't find anything to use with it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Did you put ink on the stamp and then stamp the clearance before handing it to him?

This is so ultra lame! First of all the policeman is asking for a signed clearance, which I have. I tried to give it to the police man, but nothing happends. So I go to Google to see what kind of trickery this is to get further, and you have to cut the candle? HECK! If you try to cut the candle in Flint's room, Bear will just say NO! Such a stupid thing. I actually though the candle was the trick and what was missing for the clearance, but I thought you were supposed to use fire and drip it onto there. I was still thinking how I should get a unique mark though.

But yeah! As I said, you can't cut ♥♥♥♥ if you're moving Bear, and that can actually ruin everything for you, if you're stubborn like me, and don't want any hints. I'm glad I checked this out after all, so thank you!
