Card explanation requested: Steady Hand

I don't fully understand what this card does. I will write down what it does: "Steady Hand -Heavy Weapon Bearer- Target a Terminator. Until the end of your turn, +1 and Range = 6 for this Overwatch actions. Shoot is not affected. Can't be stacked."
Does it mean your Terminator's range is reduced to 6 during his Overwatch, but gets +1 on every shot. Also, why says "on your turn" if Overwatch actions are resolved on the enemy's turn?

because you use this card to your turn XD. How you can use your card to turn enemy.

You seem to not understand that part of the question. Of course you use the card on your turn, but the card affects Overwatch actions, which is taken on your turn bur RESOLVED on the enemy's turn.
