ive also encountered this, i have to disconnect and rejoin another server. its really annoying

i get disconnected when the match is over and everyone is ported to the ready room.

disconnected in the middle of the game, now for some reason though, i can still communicate with other people via voice chat as if the game is still going on even though it is frozen, help would be appreciated

The reason it won't be added is that there is a rare bug that if you disconnect at a certain point of loading ns2 will crash.

This kind of disconnect stuff is mostly firewall or router related.
And yes if u disconnect ur router u will be offline, but at least here in germany u can go online without a router... dont ask

BT AV? better not to do this while playing, if using an old router, torrent will make disconnect sometimes.

Now my mouse randomly disconnects (JUST NS2, no other program) and the freeze lag is back in force.

disconnect problem. Only on the OBS32 as well.

32 player NS2 can get pretty outrageous sometimes. 6 Gorge trains!
