Problems with authentication on dedicated server
I am trying to setup a dedicated server using the Dedicated Server tool via steam and everything is working as it should, minus one important aspect. I can't connect to the server. I get error "Client connecting (192.168.0.2)
Error: Failed to send user connect and auth, can't authenticate player
DisconnectReason_AuthenticationFailed cause #2
Client disconnected (192.168.0.2) Authentication failed. If other multiplayer St
eam games do not work either, then Steam could be down, or your firewall is bloc
king it."

I have forwarded 27015, 27016 and 8010 "webadmin" and I am able to connect/see webadmin portal, but I am unable to connect to the server.

i tried to use the steam deticated server tool and it didnt work out for me. i used this

^^ this site has all the info you need to set up server

you will need to dl steam cmd follow steps and you should be good to go
That is what I was following. I just used the dedicated server tool. So that doesn't work and I have to use SteamCMD?
i tied the dedicated server tool...... wasted a lot of time on it couldnt get it to work... just used steamcmd... so actualy followed the guide lol.. and it worked fine. i now have 3 servers set up and ready to go 1 reg. 1 combat and waiting for fade game type dl :P not a single issue
there are some really good videos on youtbue some are step by step i found that website page to not have enough info at some points personaly
