Slight Bug - popups stop working after 20-30 mins

I've encountered a small bug where the popups on the datachunks will stop working after 20 to 30 minutes into each gameplay session. Quitting and restarting fixes, but it's starting to get annoying!

Same issue here. It means you can't flag data as irrelevant too.

I'm having this issue too. It seems to be inconsistent, as some datachunks will popup but not others. Logging out or resetting the game don't seem to necessarily fix the issue. Is this a framerate issue or something?
