Orwell
Is this the best ending I can possibly get? (Spoilers)
Ok, so:

Joseph didn't get arrested and got Cassandra out of custody. I haven't uploaded info on him selling out Harrison to Catherine, so Cassie isn't mad at him.

Harrison isn't arrested, and I've abstained from uploading stuff that makes him suspicious as much as possible (it's difficult, dude can't keep his damn mouth shut). I couldn't prevent him getting fired, but the TNB leak is kinda unavoidable.

There's barely any info on Initiate in Orwell. They know pretty much nothing about him.

The third bombing was prevented. I had to flag Cassie as dangerous to get her to reveal the location, but she's out of custody now.

Nina's alive and well, but behind bars.

Juliet's behind bars too. It sucks she doesn't get to make a party and grant me amnesty, but I'd rather have the terrorist mastermind jailed.

Catherine's resigned from office.

Orwell is "dismantled". Can't do much better than that. At least the public opinion is against it and it can't afford to rear its head too much (way better outcome than the alternative, where Orwell gets basically worshiped by the public)

Can I get a better ending than this. Am I missing something?

An ending is an ending. "Best" is determined subjectively by you.
This one seems fair to me though, nice job.

Well, here are some specific questions, then.

Can I have Harrison not lose his job?
Can I stop the third bombing without flagging Cassie as dangerous?
Can I arrest Juliet, expose Catherine, AND not end up a wanted criminal?

Well, best ending imo is:

Cassandra flaged to spill out the bomb location but proved inocence further in chapter 5
Bomb defused
Nina escaped
Nobody captured but Juliet, that was the crime mastermind
Incrimine yourself and shut off Orwell

1 - No, story progression
2 - Yes, just incrimine their parents
3 - No, but you can end as a hero incrimining yourself and shuting off Orwell

How do you prove Cassandra's innocence? The only way of getting her out of custody (that I've discovered so far) is not arresting Joseph, who then goes on to provide incriminating "evidence" on Harrison (nothing actually incriminating, just suspicions) to Delacroix and in exchange has Delacroix drop Cassandra's charges.

If Nina escapes, Symes ends up killed. This may be the better outcome for you, I just wanted to make sure you're aware of that.

Orwell gets "shut off" if you dig up dirt on Delacroix too. The ending sequence is exactly the same - the news say Orwell is being taken down, but a different investigator still uploads a datachunk on you right before the credits.

I distinctly remember Cassandra hating her parents' guts. How does incriminating them get her to confess. Can she confess without me labeling her as a threat OR ruining her parents' reputation?

I can't see any distinct advantages of the "Self sacrifice" ending over the "Bring down Delacroix ending". The only difference I've seen so far is that in the former, Thought are recognized as an official political party if Juliet hasn't been arrested, and in the latter Delacroix resigns.

How to prove Cassandra inocence:

Josef is forced to choose to incrimine Harry, but if there're nothing against them, Josef changes minds and don't incrimine him. In the final conference between then all, if Nina fled, you have 3 votes in your favor, because Cassandra, Josef and Juliet will be in your side.

If Nina don't escape, she will be charged anyway, but BC survive, it one or other, there's no other way

Cassandra confess if you have proof that his parents evade tax, i already tested this.

Incrimine Delacroix make you a criminal and still leaves Thoughts under investigation, but if you shut down Orwell no, and even if you incriminate Juliet she will be declared innocent by
police

How do I "not have anything against Harrison"? Joseph doesn't get to see what's in Orwell at that point and he only chooses to tattle on Harrison on a hunch. Also, Joseph can't incriminate Harrison - Harrison can be arrested only after you've accused him of impersonating Goldfels. Also, if he doesn't relay this info to Delacroix, how else am I supposed to get her out?

Actually, it's possible to detain Nina without killing her if you upload enough information to track her down, but not enough to make the cops scared of her.

How do I link her parents to tax evasion? I've never seen anything of the like mentioned.

Thanks for letting me know on that last one. I hadn't actually tried uploading info on myself AND arresting Juliet at the same time. I'd still rather have her behind bars and Delacroix out of office, so I find the "bring down Delacroix" ending better, but to each their own I guess.

1 - In the videochat that Josef do with Harry e July, if you don't push Harry too much in the chapter, he simpatizes with him and decline Delacroix offer to incriminate Harry, he sends her a email saying that he will not help her anymore.

2 - Yes, i know that, just don't upload the gun talk.

3 - Yes, if you upload Cassandra quote about the Freedom Plaza she wrotes on Timelines and upload the legal process influence quote from TNB, then the Police discovers that Cassandra's parents evaded taxes.

4 - There's no way to incrimine July, i don't know why, but even if you upload her hideouts and all the negative traits, in some way she will not be charged by police if you destroy Orwell incriminating yourself

I discovered what makes Josef don't help Delacroix with Harry, if you don't have nothing against Cassandra, but the bomb will explode, so, it's better let Harry be "incriminated" by Josef.

1) Ok, thanks for clarifying. You're right, I'd rather have Joseph tattle on Harry, especially since it doesn't have any real effect on his life.

3) Interesting, I didn't know that.

4) Um... there is. You upload her hideout and her negative stuff before the big conference call. Then, before you piss off Delacroix, you search Gunther's computer for a conversation in which he reveals he's given access to the Orwell files to Juliet. You upload the data chunk and Delacroix orders a nationwide search for Juliet (if she hasn't shut her PC off yet). You dig up dirt on Delacroix and you get an ending where Juliet is arrested ("Bonton Bombings mastermind apprehended" - with a picture of Juliet in cuffs), Delacroix resigns, and Orwell gets "shut down".

4 - I know that, i said you cant arrest July If YOU are incriminated, because they think that your investigation about Thought was an error and The Thought is considered a legitimate movement with July as a Leader.
