Since nobody can actually help youi without risking spoilers, why dont you just look at the icons by urls and conversations. It's honestly not that hard. If you're stuck without any new pages to visit try back tracking to pages where you left un used data bits, or intentionally disbled them. The story will progress as soon as you upload certain bits of information.

It can be kind of tricky because it's easy to miss the fact that some pages contain links to other pages, or accidentally miss headers while browsing.

The red star just means the information is new. The blue triple dots and bars means a Datachunk is available for upload. Grey triple dots and bars means a Datachunk was disabled that may or may not need to be uploaded to progress.

exactly. So if you're stuck just re-visit pages and look over all the data chunks. And obviously visit all the links you haven't visited yet
