ending glitch

right when it says im too be areested it loops the sound bite

That's a feature! It'll keep looping until you upload that last chunk.

You have to submit you're own data, the fact that you're also under scrutiny. The chunks might not light up.

I ran into this error as well - it appears that your profile (i.e. the Investigator's profile, with your chosen name) is not visible, but I found mine, located in the lower-left, by itself (no connections to any other characters). I clicked on my profile, and then I was able to upload the last datachunk (about how the investigator probably has information about Orwell) - then the game ended properly and took me back to the main menu.
