Black screen

My Glow game won't start because remains in a black screen , any suggest?

My rig , Windows 7 ultimate , i7-6700K@4.5Ghz , 16gb ddr 4 , Gtx 980, Asus strix pro

Is there any chance you can try another Unreal-based game on this machine?

Sure tried 3 other game's Unreal-engine based without problem, if can help i have checked some .ini file in saved folder , like Engine.ini Game.ini all this file are blank, is normal?

In Saved/Config/WindowsNoEditor there are some .ini files, all of them are empty? At least Engine.ini should not be empty. Have you tried completely deleting and re-installing the game?
