Hello - sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue. We are looking into it.

In order to help us narrow down the issue are you able to confirm if clearing the cache helped you resolve the issue? Have you been able to work around the issue in any other way?

We will work to address this as sson as we can.

Hi DireNerdStudios -

Yeah I tried but it doesn't work. Does it have anything to do with the mac operating system? I'm using High Sierra beta 5.

Hey Sexy (what a great way to start a customer service reply amiright?!)

But really, SexySlaughter, we are sorry to hear that this is still an issue for you. Same goes for you Thomas and anyone else experiencing this issue. We certainly would prefer you were running around the halls of Porcell, Inc. looking for a bathroom. Unfortuneatly, we have not yet reached a resolution for this issue. We have reached out Steam to see if we can get any additional insights on this issue. We will report back on this thread when we have more information.

We apologize for the inconvenience and hope to be able to deliver a solution soon.

Alright folks - after discussing with our Steam contact we believe we have a solution.

Please try re-downloading and re-installing the game. Please let us know the results. If this issue persists we will go back to the drawing board and find a solution. If it works we would love to know so we can rest easy knowing you got the game you paid for!

Thanks,

It works now thanks :)

However exiting the game does not kill the process and the game keeps running in the background. I realised 2 hours after exiting the game that my machine's fan was really noisy and saw a 60% cpu consumption for Gotta Go. I had to kill the process with the activity monitor which makes everything come back to normal

Gosh.

Okay well im glad it worked. Now we gotta address that processor issue. Thanks for letting us know. We will get back to you.

We have not been able to reproduce the processor issue ourselves, it is proving a problem as we try to identify and fix the problem. Have you seen this issue again?
