Report a translation problem
1:Try it without using a wireless adapter (that is if you re running the controller through such a device)
2: compatibillity mode;try running the game in something like a W7 mode
3: admin mode for the game: This might prevent the UAC from blocking certain things like the driver being able to interface with the game..

Seriously:
There is a known issue with the input system we are using regarding the XBox One Controller. We have a possible fix, but we have to make sure that this won't break other gamepads/joysticks/wheels etc. So this will take some time and I hope we have the test results next week and can upload a new patch.
