The Battlefield is calling for you Warriors! We presented the new Conqueror Hero Skin “The Keeper of Chains”, the Ranked implementation, plus tons of new content during our last Warrior’s Den and if you missed it or want to simply reminisce, you will be able to read through this quick summary of all the amazing content that will be available starting tomorrow and through our S3 TU1.

In the last Title Update, we saw that the reign of Guljin and then Arakure who defiled statues of Guljin, weakening her dominance and her twisted peace while she was forming an alliance with Samourai Clans.
During this title update, we follow the Keeper of Chains on his mission to search and capture in Guljin’s stead a powerful character to enslave in her arena, to reaffirm her dominance and force people once again to follow her vision of “peace”. Accompagned by a few mercenaries, he embarks on a Journey through Ashfeld, going deeper in the Forest to look for his prey.

Our flagship mode, Dominion, is joining Duel in the Ranked mode with a renewed competitive system! We know For Honor has always been a competitive experience and we are proud to expand on our roots and take that experience to the next level.

Players will be able to climb from Bronze to Grandmaster and earn unique armor, weapons and ornaments following each high rank, starting at Gold:

Gold: One armor set will be available for players to unlock for a new hero every competitive season, starting with the Warden. This armor set is exclusive unlockable for ranked on both Ranked Dominion and Duel.

Platinum: The reward is an exclusive ornament

Diamond: At Diamond, players will earn another ornament and in addition a unique weapon set for the designated hero of the competitive season.

Masters: At this level, players will earn an even more prestigious and detailed ornament.

Grand Masters: The top 100 players in Masters: If they can stay in the Grand Master leaderboard up to when the competitive season finishes, they will earn the Grand Master Reward. However, if they fall back to Masters Rank before the end of the Season, they will not earn the ornament linked to Grand Masters (this is an exceptional process only for the top rank)

We know how important it is to ensure that For Honors competitive integrity is upheld. With this in mind, we are ramping up our player safety initiatives such as improving our anti-cheat and toxicity measures.

This is the opportunity to take your skill expression to the next level and prove yourselves on a global leaderboard!

We have announced a once-in-a-lifetime experience: On February 13, 2027, we're gathering in Montreal to celebrate the 10th Anniversary of For Honor.

For the first time ever, the Warrior's Den will be broadcasted in front of a live audience. You could be part of this audience and meet the team and key members of the community for a day full of surprises, so keep an eye out for our communications on how to participate.

Once he was a lone warrior locked up in dark cell, with no-one but fireflies that came to him. When Guljin took over Heathmoor, she was the one who personally set him free. In her, he saw what he had always sought: someone who was able to deliver and enforce peace. To maintain control. She taught him that freedom was a sickness. He became a believer in her cause and took over the dungeon that once held him, as Guljin’s hunter and jailer. He is entrusted with the mission to captures her enemies, locks them up, and throws them in her arena when summoned. He acts as Guljin’s messenger; he is her emissary of peace, and her agent of darkness. This skin offers a variety of customization option and showcases visual effects of fireflies encaged in his flail and back, as well as rust on his armor from years spent in a humid prison.

The Battle Pass is inspired by our Season narrative and the Keeper of Chains aesthetic, and his mission through the forest. With the lootable content Grim Maiden and Grim Wyvern Effects, the Battles Outfits Grim Fate and Grim Monstrosity, the Execution Jock o’Smasher and more, customize your Heroes with some spooky designs. A new traversal Emote, Light the Way, will also be available! Releasing at the same time, the Legacy Pass will bring back content from Y6S3 when demonic Yokais roamed the land of the Myre: Demonic Disco and Demonic Prairie Battle Outfits, Card of Absolution Execution, Dark Spectres Signature and more will be available and retrofitted for newer Heroes.

To follow on our new model of Battle bundle, this Season 3 Battle Bundle will include the Battle Pass, the Legacy Pass as well as Yokai Slayer Meiko Hero Skin for Kensei. This bundle also unlocks 25 Tiers, a 20% bonus in Battle Points and Event Pass Points earned through completed matches, and more!

Get ready and muster all the courage you have to face some spooky minions in this dual Halloween throwback event! Make sure to join each week to see both game modes and loot some Halloween-esque rewards! During this throwback event only, you’ll be able to play for the first two weeks the Endless March game mode from Return of the Otherworld, featuring minions from Feast of the Otherworld, then the last week Spooky Slasher mode from Fangs of the Otherworld!

Both game modes are variant of 4V4 Dominion with a twist: minions are replaced with stronger soldiers (skeletons for Endless March and demonic pikemen for Spooky Slasher) that will need to be defeated to gain point while protecting your zones to put the enemy team in breaking.

Return of the Otherworld with Endless March will be available from Oct 1st to Oct 15th while Fangs of the Otherworld with Spooky Slasher will run from Oct 15th to October 22nd.

Both game modes will have their own Leaderboards, featuring how many skeletons and Pikemens were killed.

Hero Fests will run for a week, offering a unique execution and an extra XP bonus for each of the Heroes below:

This season’s armor variations will add new customization possibilities to our Samourai Heroes. They have been created with added golden engravings, layered materials and colorful patterns that represents the brutal elegance of our Samurais.

The latest Patch Note article will be made available at the launch of the Season on September 10th and will give details on the full balancing changes. Below is a very quick summary of some of the changes planned:

The second tournament sign ups are opening next weekend, and some places are still left!

This will be a 1V1, and we will finish the series at the end of the Year with a second 4V4 Dominion tournament. Form your teams, register to the tournament and shine bright to climb the leaderboard! You can also join the official For Honor tournament Discord for news and to help build your team.

Open Qualifiers and closed qualifiers will be broadcasted on the Discord dojo Twitch channel. The series final will be broadcasted on the ForHonorGame Twitch channel.
