I am softlocked in the desert area, as there are not enough E's to complete the puzzle cornerstone . Turning on world hints shows there's nothing on the map that I can collect.

Hi, I've finished the main story of the game but I still have one black feather to find in Shepton and I apparently haven't talked to all the NPC's in Belmun. Is it still possible to 100% the game or do I need to start again? I feel like I've looked everywhere for that black feather and I'm pretty sure I've talked to every NPC in Belmun. Hi! I'm stuck in the last memory, no ring spawning in the end of the level. Watched the playthrough, there should be five rings in the end, but I only have four. What am I doing wrong? Please, help!
