Difference between Kingpost and a Mast

Any kind soul able to show pictures with the differences be a Mast and Kingpost please as I don't really know the difference?

Kingposts are cranes shaped like H, anything that aren’t kingposts are to be defined as masts

kingposts look like american football goat posts. anything that looks like a radio tower or has a single mast (doesnt look like an H) are identified as mast. hope this helps. good luck!
