[BUG] Dye or Die quest

This quest in Wheatful given by Grep asks for 3 Gray Die. That's a level 80 recipe. Seems quite a high level recipe for a fairly early game quest.

Yep. They changed all the dyes to be made WAAAAY LATE in the profession progression, but they've got some dude in the first zone asking for red dye, and another dude in the third zone asking for grey dye. It's just getting ridiculous how their "final release balancing" has broken multiple quest lines.

This quest now requires Blue Dye in 0.27.3.

He may actually want Blue Dye in 0.27.3, but he still ASKS for Grey dye in his dialogue. Quest journal properly lists it as "Blue Dye," however.
