I'm new to the game and I don't know why but there is a guy with a barrel that follows me and it's kinda annoying can I kill it or something?

Glug is the towns stalker. I forgot his uses, but to keep him from following me, I just trapped him and left map. When I came back, he stayed in the location I left him at. In this game, if you kill someone, they are gone for good. That is only if you dont cheat like I do.

I got him trap in the cave in the town lol he cant figure out how to climb out

That cave in the beginning got me stuck too. A glitch allowed me to dig down further, then saved, logged back in to find myself in cave which was wierd. Noticed I could not dig, or place blocks, so just used map to leave. I reset that file for the town, and mever happened again. Not even sure what I did back then to move my spawn point.

Actually i let him follow me down to the rats, and they killed him, oops.
